Community Partnerships

Richard believes effective law enforcement goes hand-in-hand with strong community partnerships. He will actively work with local organizations, civic groups, schools, and residents to solve problems collaboratively.
He will:

• Engage the community in identifying concerns and developing solutions.
• Support programs that address local issues, such as youth outreach, crime prevention, and community safety initiatives.
• Foster partnerships with neighboring counties and agencies to coordinate law enforcement efforts.

Through collaboration, Richard aims to create a Windsor County where residents, organizations, and law enforcement work together to build stronger, safer communities.
